Every Hot Mess Paper Co. item is made to order just for you — which means we don’t do returns or exchanges (our goodies are simply too cute to send back 💅).

That said, if your order arrives with a printing mishap (misprint, smudge, or any oopsie on our end), we’ll happily replace it or offer an exchange. Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Otherwise? All sales are final — because hot messes don’t do take-backs. 😉
