All of our products are made to order, meaning we print, pack, and prepare each item once your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and keeps our small-batch magic sustainable.

Our greeting cards are fulfilled through trusted EU & US production partners, so your order is produced as close to you as possible for smoother delivery (and less tariff chaos ✨).

Please allow up to 6 business days for processing and production before your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Times

Once your order leaves production, standard shipping typically takes:

  • 5–7 business days within North America
  • International delivery times vary depending on customs and carrier delays

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes our emails get shy.

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or local pickup options (check our homepage or socials for updates).

💥 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

We’re not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit — once it’s shipped, it’s literally out of our hands.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos and your order number so we can assist.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If you do need to return an approved item, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives safely.
