🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service delays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link if applicable.
Hot Mess Paper Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.
🔄 4. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Because our products are printed on demand or handmade in small batches, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” purchases.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos at chaoscontrol@hotmesspaperco.shop — we’ll make it right.
