Funny New Baby Card – Tiny Boots Big Local News, Country Baby Congratulations

A new baby in a small town? Oh, EVERYBODY knows. 🤠👶

Forget the birth announcement. Someone's grandma probably told half the town before the parents even got home from the hospital.

This funny new baby congratulations card celebrates the tiniest new resident making the biggest local headlines.

Featuring the message:

**“Congrats on the Baby. Tiny Boots. Big Local News.”**

With a mint-green background, bold retro lettering, and two adorable cartoon cowboy boots gossiping beneath a little yellow heart, this design is made for country families who know that small-town news travels faster than anything.

A cute, cheeky way to celebrate a new arrival without another overly sentimental baby card.
